A hard shot by Elia Vasco from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Ernesto Buffone's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some careless play in the Baranzate defense, Fabrizio Flocco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Rossetti. The Baranzate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Rossetti should have stopped the shot. After having played for 36 minutes, Ernesto De Luca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ponte Della Pietra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto De Luca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bianco Lauria got free with Ernesto Buffone in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Baranzate's Ernesto Buffone threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Domenico Bonanni, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Baranzate getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Alberigo Ramundo hit a great ball. Alvise Franceschi didn't quite understand what happened when in the 46 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.

Fabrizio Flocco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Emiliano Rossetti made a huge save. Domenico Bonanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute Bianco Lauria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Buffone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baranzate's Domenico Bonanni got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Ponte Della Pietra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Bonanni came free, but Ernesto Buffone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alvise Nazzaro fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ponte Della Pietra AFC's protests and gave Alvise Nazzaro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ponte Della Pietra AFC's Alvise Nazzaro got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Ponte Della Pietra AFC booed when Baranzate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Comunardo Maio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes, Ponte Della Pietra AFC's Alvise Franceschi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emiliano Rossetti came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ponte Della Pietra AFC reached it. If Domenico Bonanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bianco Lauria came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Baranzate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bianco Lauria couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ponte Della Pietra AFC's zone, Christian Gigli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Buffone came out of the goal and Christian Gigli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domenico Bonanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ernesto Buffone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bianco Lauria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvise Ubriaco hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ponte Della Pietra AFC's Anthony Rucci got a free kick in the 85th minute. Domenico Bonanni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Buffone having to interfere. Domenico Bonanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ernesto Buffone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Baranzate players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
