Budrione AFC's Enrico Di Berardino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Budrione AFC from getting a goal against them. Enrico Di Berardino made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Carmine Colucci sent off a good shot on target. When Fedele Braccia fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Civiglio's protests and gave Fedele Braccia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Civiglio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Braccia to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Budrione AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Schiavoni came free, but Enrico Di Berardino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberigo Ruscitti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano De Bartolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Alberigo Ruscitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arrigo Muzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Alberigo Schiavoni made the kick off in the second half. Cristiano De Bartolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Alfredo Giannotti took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Alberigo Ruscitti to make any attempt to save it. Cristiano De Bartolo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 64th minute. Budrione AFC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Alberigo Schiavoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cristiano De Bartolo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Budrione AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano De Bartolo couldn't finish the play. Alberigo Schiavoni struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Enrico Di Berardino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Civiglio. After having played for 82 minutes, Alfredo Giannotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Budrione AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Giannotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberigo Schiavoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Enrico Di Berardino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Budrione AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
