After a defensive mix-up in Bulgorello AFC's zone, Antonello Iannotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosimo Miccoli came out of the goal and Antonello Iannotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bulgorello AFC's goalkeeper Cosimo Miccoli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Bulgorello AFC's Alexander Iacobucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franco Di Gaetano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Alberigo De Santis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Pierucci during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Malborghetto Di Boara. Ferdinando Giacomini stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cosimo Miccoli. 1-0. Bulgorello AFC's Cosimo Miccoli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Bulgorello AFC from getting a goal against them.

Ercole Goffredos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Franco Di Gaetano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Franco Di Gaetano had great luck who in the 61stth minute grab hold of the ball when Alexander Iacobucci from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ciro Zaccardi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Carmine Rulli, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alexander Iacobucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Franco Di Gaetano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Antonello Iannotti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bulgorello AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Malborghetto Di Boara.
