A collision led to Biscaccia getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Dave Ruggeri hit a great ball. In the 5th match minute, Biscaccia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Arcari to maneuver through the defense. Biscaccia's Enrico Santovito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Biscaccia from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, Biscaccia's goal looked a bit too open when Carter Iacovone came free, but Enrico Santovito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ennio Cirelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domenico Del Vecchio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Alfonso Federici, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ercole Basile in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enrico Santovito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carter Iacovone might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrico Santovito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carter Iacovone ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Carmine Mandelli put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Domenico Del Vecchio. Enrico Santovito was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Achille De Bonis. Adriano Varglien hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Domenico Del Vecchio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Mandelli in the 32nd minute of play. Ercole Basile who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Enrico Santovito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anthony Fabri's late challenge caught a Malborghetto Di Boara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anthony Fabri helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Biscaccia getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Anthony Fabri hit a great ball. After taking down the ball on Malborghetto Di Boara's corner Alfonso Federici fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Enrico Santovito quite easily take care of the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carter Iacovone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 63 played minutes Biscaccia got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Fabri. When Elia Cesareo fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Biscaccia's protests and gave Elia Cesareo a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Biscaccia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Malborghetto Di Boara:s goal. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Malborghetto Di Boara. Alfonso Federici stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Enrico Santovito. 1-1. Enrico Santovito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercole Basile in the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Malborghetto Di Boara's zone, Ennio Cirelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Del Vecchio came out of the goal and Ennio Cirelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Malborghetto Di Boara's Domenico Del Vecchio got control of the ball when Ennio Cirelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carmine Mandelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Domenico Del Vecchio made a huge save. Ennio Cirelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Del Vecchio having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Malborghetto Di Boara got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Varglien. Biscaccia were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Malborghetto Di Boara's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elia Cesareo took the corner. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
