Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angelo Amicone kicked off to start the match. Flavio Paolini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Di Placido in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lumellogno's zone, Antonello Di Placido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Paolini came out of the goal and Antonello Di Placido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the game, Villaricca FC's Edoardo Nardi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Paolini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Cesare Iezzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lumellogno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villaricca FC the free kick. Cesare Iezzi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Antonello Di Placido made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Paolini. Lumellogno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Antonello Di Placido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Flavio Paolini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, Lumellogno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesare Iezzi to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amedeo Pelliccia during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Villaricca FC's Antonello Di Placido got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villaricca FC's goalkeeper Amedeo Catapano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute Edoardo Nardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Paolini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Lumellogno defense, Edoardo Nardi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Paolini. The Lumellogno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Paolini should have stopped the shot. The Lumellogno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Villaricca FC were winning 0-4.

In the 52nd minute, Edoardo Nardi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Paolini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Lumellogno's Flavio Paolini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonello Di Placido in the 56th minute of play. If Angelo Amicone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Lumellogno's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Di Placido came free, but Flavio Paolini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lumellogno's zone, Antonello Di Placido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Paolini came out of the goal and Antonello Di Placido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Antonello Di Placido took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Flavio Paolini to make any attempt to save it. Angelo Amicone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Angelo Amicone made a precise shot to the right of Amedeo Catapano. Villaricca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. 85 minutes into the game, Angelo Amicone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-7. Amedeo Catapano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cesare Iezzi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. A collision led to Lumellogno getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Cesare Iezzi hit a great ball. Villaricca FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
