Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gerbido's Francesco Cesare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Gerbido from getting a goal against them. After having played for 8 minutes, Ferdinando Giacchetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ponte Ronca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinando Giacchetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ferdinando Giacchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Federico Spinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edoardo Marrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gerbido's goalkeeper Francesco Cesare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edoardo Marrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Spinelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Francesco Gerola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edoardo Marrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinando Giacchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Francesco Cesare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francesco Cesare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuele Lenci in the 42nd minute of the match. Francesco Gerola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ponte Ronca's Edoardo Marrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Gerola in the 47th minute of play. If Ferdinando Giacchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Spinelli was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Ferdinando Giacchetti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ponte Ronca's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinando Giacchetti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francesco Cesare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francesco Cesare came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Ponte Ronca's Emanuele Lenci. But to his dismay, Emanuele Lenci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 64 minutes, Fabrizio Lorefice mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gerbido and the Ponte Ronca players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Emanuele Lenci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francesco Gerola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Edoardo Marrone made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ponte Ronca's Dino Crispino got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Francesco Gerola could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Edoardo Marrone however easily saved by the left post. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gerbido's goalkeeper Francesco Cesare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francesco Gerola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edoardo Marrone having to interfere. Federico Spinelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dino Crispino during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gerbido booed when Ponte Ronca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Crispino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Gerbido's Eugenio Alfonsi tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Gerbido getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Fabrizio Lorefice hit a great ball. Ferdinando Giacchetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuele Lenci in the 97th minute of play forced Gerbido's goalkeeper Francesco Cesare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ponte Ronca's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
