Alexander Della Torre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldo Angelici's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Tignano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermanno Cameli came free, but Bernardo Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Di Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Biagio Di Santo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Alexander Della Torre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tignano AFC. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Angelici to strike the kick off in the second half. Biagio Di Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander Della Torre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Tignano AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rainuzzi AFC to leave the ground with a draw.
