The Nervi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fortunato Ferrante should have stopped the shot. Ettore Di Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Meis short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Felice Di Renzo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Felice Di Renzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edoardo Vinciguerra's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Felice Di Renzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Vinciguerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Ettore Di Martino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Ferrante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Cervia booed when Nervi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesare Taccone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Manna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fortunato Ferrante. Nervi FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Felice Di Renzo made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Edoardo Vinciguerra sent off a good shot on target.
