Volla FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 28th minute, Ciccio Betti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Caccavale in the 30th minute of play forced Volla FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Ciccarelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Volla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Giacchetti came free, but Eugenio Ciccarelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 73 played minutes Isola Di Torre got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Alfieri. Edoardo Bobbio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute.
