Volla FC's Edoardo Bobbio got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Augusto Puja fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pettogállico's protests and gave Augusto Puja a yellow card for diving instead.

The wind increased when Frank Albani made the kick off in the second half. Edoardo Bobbio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Andreassi having to interfere. Frank Albani was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Volla FC's Eugenio Ciccarelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Albani in the 58th minute of play. 68 minutes in the game, Enrico Di Maio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eugenio Ciccarelli having to interfere. Edoardo Bobbio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alberto Andreassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edoardo Bobbio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Andreassi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pettogállico's Edmondo Gelsomini got a free kick in the 77th minute. Enrico Di Maio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 80th playminute. Enrico Di Maio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eugenio Ciccarelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Enrico Di Maio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Volla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Albani came free, but Eugenio Ciccarelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Volla FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pettogállico's performance. The match ended with a win for Pettogállico.
