Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute of the match Ferruccio Bracco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberigo Campo skillfully saved the ball. Carlo Egidi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberigo Campo having to make a save. Augusto Volta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Di Rado having to interfere. Eraldo Galliani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Augusto Volta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Eraldo Galliani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cermenate's supporters rose to their feet, but Eraldo Galliani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arrigo Di Rado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arrigo Di Rado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Galliani, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Augusto Volta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Arrigo Di Rado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eraldo Galliani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Di Rado having to interfere. Arrigo Di Rado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Volta, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 32nd match minute, Marina Di Palidoro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Dionisi to maneuver through the defense. Eraldo Galliani struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Arrigo Di Rado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cermenate. In the 38th minute, Florian Bottone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Cermenate got a freekick which was hit by Dave Franceschelli. Fedele Belfiore took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alberigo Campo. Cermenate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlo Egidi to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Carlo Egidi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marina Di Palidoro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cermenate the free kick. In the 51st minute, Carlo Egidi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Marina Di Palidoro FC's Carlo Egidi in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cermenate's goalie prevented a goal. 57 minutes into the match, Augusto Volta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arrigo Di Rado. Marina Di Palidoro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Volta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Amerigo Chiarelli hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Cermenate's Bruno Orsi tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Augusto Volta struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Arrigo Di Rado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cermenate. After having played for 69 minutes, Amerigo Chiarelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marina Di Palidoro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amerigo Chiarelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 74 minutes Cermenate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fedele Belfiore who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Marina Di Palidoro FC's Filippo Piccoli getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 77th match minute, Marina Di Palidoro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amerigo Chiarelli to maneuver through the defense. Arrigo Di Rado acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bruno Orsi. Arrigo Di Rado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Volta in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Egidi in the 85th minute of play forced Cermenate's goalkeeper Alberigo Campo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Augusto Volta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Cermenate defense, Beppe Monzeglio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberigo Campo. The Cermenate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberigo Campo should have stopped the shot. Cermenate's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Marina Di Palidoro FC had won, even though Cermenate had held more of the ball.
