After a defensive mix-up in Balzarine's zone, Ciro Mandelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Battisti came out of the goal and Ciro Mandelli tried to chip the ball over his head. Dino Battisti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Franceschini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Balzarine got a freekick which was hit by Attilio Muzzolon. In the 92nd match minute, Camin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ettore Mattioli to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
