Terrarossa AFC's Amerigo Magno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Terrarossa AFC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Terrarossa AFC's Amerigo Magno got control of the ball when Andrea Pinti tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felice Di Biagio in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amerigo Magno saved Terrarossa AFC from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, Terrarossa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Felice Di Biagio came free, but Amerigo Magno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes, Achille Di Florio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terrarossa AFC and the Lissone players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Terrarossa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Achille Di Florio. If Andrea Pinti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Felice Di Biagio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Flavio Sciascia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Chiappini kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Felice Di Biagio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amerigo Magno, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felice Di Biagio to make the kick off. Terrarossa AFC's Amerigo Magno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Di Biagio in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Lissone's goalkeeper Andrea Rava had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Scarano. In the 58th minute, Andrea Pinti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, Terrarossa AFC's Adriano Scarano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrea Rava made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Enrico Ronconi's late challenge caught a Lissone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrico Ronconi helped the player get up and apologised. Enrico Ronconi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Felice Di Biagio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Felice Di Biagio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terrarossa AFC's Amerigo Magno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felice Di Biagio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Amerigo Magno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lissone's Felice Di Biagio got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adriano Scarano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrea Rava having to make a save. In the 81stth minute of the game Flavio Sciascia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lissone's Andrea Rava was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrea Rava made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Sciascia in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute Felice Di Biagio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Magno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Flavio Sciascia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
