Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristoforo Massimini started the match with the kick off. Emiliano Tuzzolino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Antonello Martinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristoforo Massimini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonello Martinelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Rago in the 24th minute of play. Elia Nicolai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd match minute, Villa Oneto AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Lo Iacono to maneuver through the defense. When Carlo Rago came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Cerro Maggiore FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Rago couldn't finish the play. Emiliano Tuzzolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonello Martinelli having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Villa Oneto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elia Nicolai. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlo Rago to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Rago in the 51st minute of play forced Villa Oneto AFC's goalkeeper Antonello Martinelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cerro Maggiore FC's Francesco Colantoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Cerro Maggiore FC from getting a goal against them. Villa Oneto AFC's Antonello Martinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Rago in the 59th minute of play. Carlo Rago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Antonello Martinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elia Nicolai kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Emiliano Tuzzolino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Oneto AFC's goalkeeper Antonello Martinelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Cerro Maggiore FC's Carlo Rago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonello Martinelli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antonello Martinelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Rago in the 78th minute of play. Francesco Colantoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristoforo Massimini, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Ermanno Miccio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cristoforo Massimini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Tuzzolino struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Antonello Martinelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerro Maggiore FC. Carlo Rago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Antonello Martinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Villa Oneto AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cerro Maggiore FC.
