Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Antonio Zinni started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Antonio Zinni made a precise shot to the right of Cristiano Di Sante. Farneto AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 13th match minute, Farneto AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Vespucci to maneuver through the defense. If Antonio Zinni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabiano Contestabile's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Di Sante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Cristiano Di Sante came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Riccione's Ermanno Antonacci. But to his dismay, Ermanno Antonacci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Cristiano Del Papa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Fabiano Contestabile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Di Sante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrigo Teodori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cristiano Di Sante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabiano Contestabile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Di Sante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Zinni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Farneto AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Riccione were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrico Vespucci made a kick off. In the 51st minute Fulvio De Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Di Cicco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The long shot by Amedeo Di Loreto in the 54th minute really tested Cristiano Di Sante's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Antonio Zinni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristiano Di Sante having to make a save. Fabiano Contestabile recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Riccione defense, Fulvio De Rossi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ettore Di Cicco. The Riccione fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ettore Di Cicco should have stopped the shot. Cristiano Di Sante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Zinni in the 71st minute of the match. Fulvio De Rossi struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ettore Di Cicco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farneto AFC. Enrico Vespucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ettore Di Cicco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. When Ermanno Antonacci fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riccione's protests and gave Ermanno Antonacci a yellow card for diving instead. Ermanno Antonacci kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Enrico Vespucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Zinni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Di Sante having to interfere. Ettore Di Cicco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Vespucci in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Riccione's Comunardo Coletti got a free kick in the 96th minute. Riccione played a much better game than Farneto AFC and deserved their victory. The Farneto AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
