Christian Franceschelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniele Parco struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Carlo Di Fazio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagnoli. Anselmo Punta kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Carlo Di Fazio came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Bagnoli's Florian Raiola. But to his dismay, Florian Raiola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Bagnoli's Enzo De Sisti got a free kick in the 14th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Christian Franceschelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mezzanino AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Franceschelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Casciano hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Carlo Di Fazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniele Parco in the 22nd minute of the match. If Elia Petroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Christian Franceschelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Mansueto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mezzanino AFC's Carlo Di Fazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Parco in the 32nd minute of play. Ferdinando Caroli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Di Fazio having to interfere. Elia Petroni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donato Mansueto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Elia Petroni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Donato Mansueto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Christian Franceschelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Bagnoli were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bagnoli's Donato Mansueto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Franceschelli in the 55th minute of play. If Christian Franceschelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Bagnoli got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Caroli. In the 60th minute, Christian Franceschelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Mansueto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 65 minutes into the game, Alexander Casciano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mezzanino AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bagnoli the free kick. In the 70th minute, one of Bagnoli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bagnoli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Petroni in the 76th minute of play forced Bagnoli's goalkeeper Donato Mansueto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bagnoli's zone, Elia Petroni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Mansueto came out of the goal and Elia Petroni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniele Parco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elia Petroni might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Mansueto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elia Petroni ran back to his position shaking his head. Elia Petroni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Mansueto having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Bagnoli's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Franceschelli came free, but Donato Mansueto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Carter Rava hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bagnoli's Fabrizio Di Muzio pulled a muscle in his back after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 96th minute, Daniele Della Rocca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniele Parco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Carlo Di Fazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bagnoli players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mezzanino AFC.
