In the 3rd minute Fortunato Sangermano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Carlini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute of the match, Alessandro Petricca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ercole Carlini saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 6thth minute of the game Alessandro Petricca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Veveri's Ercole Carlini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Emiliano Prato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute of the match Amerigo Raimondi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugenio Corsi skillfully saved the ball. Eugenio Corsi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demetrio Giacchetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Petricca in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Carlini saved Veveri from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Cannuzzo's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Barillari came free, but Eugenio Corsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Prato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ercole Carlini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Alessandro Petricca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Carlini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Comunardo De Bartolo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugenio Corsi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Alberigo Barillari notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cannuzzo's Eugenio Corsi. Eugenio Corsi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Alberigo Barillari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Eugenio Corsi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Corsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Giacchetti in the 55th minute of the match. Emiliano Prato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Carlini having to interfere. When Emiliano Prato came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Cannuzzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Prato couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute Emiliano Prato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Carlini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Cannuzzo fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Cannuzzo's Alessandro Petricca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Alessandro Petricca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cannuzzo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Petricca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ercole Carlini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fortunato Mosca kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Emiliano Prato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ercole Carlini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Petricca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 minutes, Armin Mandelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veveri and the Cannuzzo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armin Mandelli hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Emiliano Prato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Carlini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Petricca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alessandro Petricca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Veveri's Ercole Carlini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Prato in the 97th minute of play. Cannuzzo were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Veveri to leave the ground with a draw.
