Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Paluello AFC's Edoardo Margoni ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francesco Lizzi. Francesco Lizzi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 10 minutes of play, Mattarello AFC's Alfredo Bruno made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fedele Mattei was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Alfredo Bruno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fedele Mattei. Paluello AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Bruno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Fedele Mattei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davide Lio went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 31 minutes, Fabrizio Caruso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paluello AFC and the Mattarello AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabrizio Caruso hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Alexander Melis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Margoni in the 35th minute of play forced Mattarello AFC's goalkeeper Francesco Lizzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Melis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Lizzi having to interfere. Alexander Melis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Francesco Lizzi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredo Bruno to strike the kick off in the second half. Alexander Melis struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Francesco Lizzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paluello AFC. Alexander Melis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Francesco Lizzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Paluello AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Caruso to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Melis took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francesco Lizzi. Francesco Lizzi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Francesco Lizzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Melis, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Paluello AFC's goalkeeper Fedele Mattei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide Lio. In the 85th match minute, Paluello AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulvio Rallo to maneuver through the defense. If Alfredo Bruno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
