Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amerigo Di Palma started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Amedeo Pesce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bramairate and the Canegrate players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Bramairate got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Pesce. Beppe Ansoldi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cesare Minichiello. Bramairate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anfilogino Ferraris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Bramairate's goalkeeper Cesare Minichiello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amerigo Di Palma. After a rather tough play, Bramairate's Amedeo Pesce got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bramairate's goalkeeper Cesare Minichiello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesare Minichiello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Di Palma, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 46th minute, one of Canegrate:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Canegrate. Comunardo De Simone had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Bianco Fiore's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anfilogino Ferraris to strike the kick off in the second half. Anfilogino Ferraris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Comunardo De Simone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Dave Salerno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canegrate's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Salerno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anfilogino Ferraris was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Bramairate's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of Bramairate booed when Canegrate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Stellato didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Antonio Spada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canegrate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Spada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Stellato during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bramairate booed when Canegrate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Stellato didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Eugenio Micarelli fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canegrate's protests and gave Eugenio Micarelli a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Canegrate! The referee gave Bramairate a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bianco Fiore, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Canegrate's Comunardo De Simone. 0-1. Dave Salerno hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
