Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Donegaglia's Attilio Festuccia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andrea Moreschi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Casadei in the 10th minute of play. Ercole Toccaceli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Daniele Di Dio fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Donegaglia's protests and gave Daniele Di Dio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Daniele Di Dio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corrado Quadrini in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andrea Moreschi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 43rd minute, Attilio Festuccia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Rapone was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anfilogino Casadei to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Anfilogino Casadei notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Donegaglia's Andrea Moreschi. Andrea Moreschi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Corrado Quadrini came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Poggio Superiore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corrado Quadrini couldn't finish the play. If Anfilogino Casadei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Carlo Santovito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Moreschi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Graziano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arrigo Rapone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Festuccia in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Poggio Superiore's Enrico Lenzi got a free kick in the 75th minute. If Attilio Festuccia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Poggio Superiore's Dennis Graziano got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Donegaglia's Andrea Moreschi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Casadei in the 87th minute of play. Poggio Superiore were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
