An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Taccone in the 48th minute of play forced Castelfranco AFC's goalkeeper Aurelio Petroni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Fabiano Cavanna hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Fabiano Zarillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Castelfranco AFC's Aurelio Petroni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Castelfranco AFC from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the match, Castelfranco AFC's goalkeeper Aurelio Petroni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Cesareo. When Castelfranco AFC's Fedele Imperatrice in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Origgio AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
