Andrea Roberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christian Scandella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrea Roberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Aloisi, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 28th minute, Novara AFC's Bianco Andreozzi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After taking down the ball on Tignamica's corner Alfredo Toccaceli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andrea Roberto quite easily take care of the ball. Andrea Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Simone in the 42nd minute of the match. Biagio Simone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrea Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Ansoldi in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Novara AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
