Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Enrico Arioli took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sesto San Giovanni AFC's goalkeeper Arturo Manzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Sesto San Giovanni AFC's Amos Carafa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Davide Persia scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberigo Rossini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the game, Damiano Ricciuti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sesto San Giovanni AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ardiano the free kick. Arturo Manzi came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Ardiano's Alberto Stragapede. But to his dismay, Alberto Stragapede quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Aldo Luongo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Enrico Arioli struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Alberigo Rossini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sesto San Giovanni AFC. In the 30th minute, Enrico Arioli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Alberto Stragapede fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arturo Manzi, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Sesto San Giovanni AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Damiano Ricciuti hit a great ball. When Sesto San Giovanni AFC's Davide Persia in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ardiano's goalie prevented a goal. When Davide Persia came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sesto San Giovanni AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davide Persia couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Maldini made a kick off. Sesto San Giovanni AFC's Arturo Manzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Maldini in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute Alberto Stragapede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Manzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Di Donato charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Di Donato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sesto San Giovanni AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Fabio Di Donato hit a great ball. Arturo Manzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Maldini in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Davide Persia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sesto San Giovanni AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davide Persia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 62 played minutes Sesto San Giovanni AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Luongo. After 66 minutes, Beppe Mingione mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ardiano and the Sesto San Giovanni AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Beppe Mingione kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Alberigo Rossini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Arioli in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Arioli in the 70th minute of play forced Ardiano's goalkeeper Alberigo Rossini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demetrio Bevilacqua's late challenge caught a Sesto San Giovanni AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Demetrio Bevilacqua helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Ardiano got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Bevilacqua. Alberigo Rossini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Arioli in the 72nd minute of the match. Concetto Sabatini charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Concetto Sabatini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Concetto Sabatini kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Enrico Arioli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Rossini having to interfere. Alberigo Rossini made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Fabio Di Donato sent off a good shot on target. When Concetto Sabatini was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. Concetto Sabatini kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Sesto San Giovanni AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
