Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carmine Felice got the match started through his kick off. Carmine Felice recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moruri's Alessandro Di Maio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmine Felice in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Moruri's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Felice came free, but Alessandro Di Maio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonello Guaita during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antonello Guaita kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Carmine Felice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Alessandro Di Maio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Felice in the 16th minute of play forced Moruri's goalkeeper Alessandro Di Maio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesare Petrini got free with Damiano Di Massa in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Frassinara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonello Taccone was slow to take the kick. During this time Moruri's players had a chance to rest. Ciro Micarelli thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Damiano Di Massa, a very annoying self made goal in the 20th minute which led to 1-0. 30 minutes into the game, Franco Barresi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frassinara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moruri the free kick. Franco Barresi hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Carmine Felice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Di Maio having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Carmine Felice left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frassinara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Diego Sanna was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 44th minute. Moruri's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When Franco Barresi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 51 minutes had been played. 54 minutes into the game, Eraldo Capobianco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moruri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frassinara the free kick. Eraldo Capobianco kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Camillo Ingegnos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Alessandro Di Maio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alessandro Di Maio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camillo Ingegno in the 57th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Cesare Petrini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damiano Di Massa. Frassinara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cesare Petrini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Antonello Guaita was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. In the 64th minute, Antonello Guaita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camillo Ingegno in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alessandro Di Maio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cesare Petrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Di Massa having to interfere. Diego Sanna hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 85 minutes in the game, Camillo Ingegno fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alessandro Di Maio having to interfere. The supporters of Frassinara booed when Moruri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Giacomozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Moruri's zone, Fulvio Paolucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessandro Di Maio came out of the goal and Fulvio Paolucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Petrini in the 93rd minute of play forced Frassinara's goalkeeper Damiano Di Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camillo Ingegno got free with Alessandro Di Maio in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Moruri had won after a very even match.
