Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alfredo Maccarone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute of the match Federico Palone shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armin Paris showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Armin Paris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Maccarone in the 17th minute of the match. Flavio Marcon made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Fabiano Goffredo sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute, Enzo Mazzei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Marcon made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Fulvio Rullo sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Maccarone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Paris having to interfere. Fortunato Miconi charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fortunato Miconi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Tignamica AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato Miconi. Alfredo Maccarone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Armin Paris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fulvio Rullo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Carpenedo FC's Augusto Ferraris got a free kick in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Tignamica AFC's Eugenio Stragapede broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Carpenedo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Mucci came free, but Flavio Marcon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Carpenedo FC's goalkeeper Flavio Marcon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Biagio Palleschi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Armin Paris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Biagio Palleschi in the 45th minute of play forced Tignamica AFC's goalkeeper Armin Paris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Palone lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Eugenio Stragapede walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54thth minute of the game Fulvio Rullo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carpenedo FC's Flavio Marcon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Fulvio Rullo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tignamica AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpenedo FC the free kick. If Alfredo Maccarone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Mazzei hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Flavio Marcon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Concetto Mucci's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Flavio Marcon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Rullo in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Fortunato Miconi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 79 minutes, Alfredo Maccarone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpenedo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Maccarone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Marconi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Tignamica AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Maccarone came free, but Armin Paris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulvio Rullo struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Flavio Marcon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tignamica AFC. In the 92nd minute, Fortunato Miconi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armin Paris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Maccarone in the 94th minute. Fulvio Rullo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Marcon having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
