After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Beppe Romagnoli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rasiglio's supporters rose to their feet, but Beppe Romagnoli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Cancemi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Borgo Grappa FC booed when Rasiglio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fortunato Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Zuccarini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Savoia went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 47 minutes, Florian Piattelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borgo Grappa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Piattelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Borgo Grappa FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rasiglio were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Corrado Guerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlo Malandra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Fausto Zuccarini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Borgo Grappa FC's Angelo Cancemi got control of the ball when Beppe Romagnoli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrico Lozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Cristiano Savoia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Cristiano Savoia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Rasiglio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Catucci to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Savoia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Zuccarini having to make a save. Cristiano Savoia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fausto Zuccarini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Cristiano Savoia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Zuccarini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rasiglio's Fausto Zuccarini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Piattelli in the 81st minute of play. Florian Piattelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Corrado Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Cancemi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corrado Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Beppe Romagnoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexander Bozzelli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Angelo Cancemi. Borgo Grappa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Borgo Grappa FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Carlo Malandra hit a great ball. Angelo Cancemi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corrado Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rasiglio walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
