Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fausto Cannavacciuolo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Amerigo Sardella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Cannavacciuolo in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Sale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Balestra to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Amedeo Guarisi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amerigo Sardella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Cannavacciuolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Massa FC's Fausto Cannavacciuolo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Amedeo Guarisi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 played minutes Massa FC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Cannavacciuolo. Amerigo Sardella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Cannavacciuolo in the 24th minute of play. Arturo Di Fabrizio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Lauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 30th minute, Alvise Pilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Amedeo Guarisi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amerigo Sardella was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Cannavacciuolo in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Sardella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano Lauri made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Massa FC's Fausto Cannavacciuolo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amerigo Sardella. Amerigo Sardella yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amedeo Guarisi got free with Amerigo Sardella in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amerigo Sardella was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Fausto Cannavacciuolo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fausto Cannavacciuolo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Fausto Cannavacciuolo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Massa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Cannavacciuolo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Sardella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emiliano Balestra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Sale's Amerigo Sardella got control of the ball when Amedeo Guarisi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 played minutes Sale got a freekick which was hit by Carter Sciotto. After 79 minutes, Amedeo Guarisi made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Sale's Amerigo Sardella tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amedeo Guarisi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 90 minutes, Adriano Lauri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sale and the Massa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Sale's Amerigo Sardella got control of the ball when Amedeo Guarisi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sale's Carter Sciotto got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Massa FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sale.
