Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Cannavacciuolo in the 3rd minute of play forced Tignamica's goalkeeper Fortunato Brandini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 minutes, Alvise Pilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Massa FC and the Tignamica players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Massa FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Pilla. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Ciolli in the 6th minute of play forced Massa FC's goalkeeper Arturo Di Fabrizio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amerigo Pan charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amerigo Pan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes Massa FC got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Pan. With his leg Arturo Di Fabrizio managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Tignamica's Alessio Mozzoni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 15 minutes, Ercole Bucciarelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Massa FC and the Tignamica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Massa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Bucciarelli to maneuver through the defense. Alessio Mozzoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Massa FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Dino Ciolli scored to the left of an out of position Arturo Di Fabrizio, making the score, 1-0. Alessio Mozzoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Arturo Di Fabrizio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amedeo Guarisi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Brandini having to interfere. Fausto Cannavacciuolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fortunato Brandini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Di Fabrizio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Ciolli in the 35th minute of play. Bruno Falone's late challenge caught a Massa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Falone helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Tignamica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Falone to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Amedeo Guarisi made a precise shot to the right of Fortunato Brandini. Tignamica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Alessio Mozzoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Di Fabrizio having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

During the 60th minute of the match Ercole Bucciarelli completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ercole Bucciarelli a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ercole Bucciarelli kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Amedeo Guarisi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 played minutes Massa FC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Fabrizi. After 77 minutes, Alessio Mozzoni made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Massa FC's Arturo Di Fabrizio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Massa FC's Arturo Di Fabrizio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Mozzoni in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Amedeo Guarisi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Massa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amedeo Guarisi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amedeo Guarisi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Fortunato Brandini made a huge save. Dino Ciolli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Massa FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
