Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felice Forte started the match with the kick off. Ciccio Selvaggi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Contaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. A hard shot 12 in the game by Fabiano Sanna from a close distance when the talented Dave Placidi managed to make a qualified save. Celle Ligure's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabiano Sanna got free with Dave Placidi in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabrizio Bonanni took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dave Placidi. Celle Ligure's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Felice Forte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabiano Sanna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Celle Ligure's Dave Placidi got control of the ball when Fabiano Sanna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Federico Pellecchia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celle Ligure's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Pellecchia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Felice Forte got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 31st minute, Diego Lazzaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Celle Ligure's goalkeeper Dave Placidi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano Sanna. Aggio's Ciccio Selvaggi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Contaldi in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Felice Forte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dave Placidi. That made the score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franco Contaldi was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Franco Contaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Celle Ligure's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Contaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciccio Selvaggi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Franco Contaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fabiano Sanna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes, Fabiano Sanna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aggio and the Celle Ligure players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Celle Ligure booed when Aggio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Sanna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dave Placidi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felice Forte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fabiano Sanna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dave Placidi came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Aggio's Felice Forte. But to his dismay, Felice Forte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A hard shot 86 in the game by Federico Pellecchia from a close distance when the talented Ciccio Selvaggi managed to make a qualified save. Aggio's players were relieved. In the 88th minute, Federico Pellecchia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Sanna scored 5-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Placidi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aggio were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Celle Ligure for a fine match.
