Fortunato Giammaria charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fortunato Giammaria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cannuzzo AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fortunato Giammaria hit a great ball. Felice Forte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arrigo Di Marino came out and tried to block the shot, but Felice Forte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 18th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Dennis Bolognesi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Aggio's Ciccio Selvaggi. Ciccio Selvaggi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alessandro Ascenzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Dennis Bolognesi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice moves Alessandro Ascenzi could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Ciccio Selvaggi however easily saved by the left post. Arrigo Di Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Aggio's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Bolognesi came free, but Ciccio Selvaggi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Comunardo Poletti kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Attilio Helfer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cannuzzo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aggio the free kick. In the 97th minute, Attilio Helfer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cannuzzo AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
