Armin Bolognesi kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Fabiano Lizzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montepegli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Lizzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Favaro Veneto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Lizzi came free, but Adriano Cirone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montepegli's Alex Riccitelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Sebastiani in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Favaro Veneto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Lizzi came free, but Adriano Cirone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filippo Bellomo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Cirone having to interfere. If Filippo Bellomo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Favaro Veneto FC's Adriano Cirone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Favaro Veneto FC from getting a goal against them. Fabiano Lizzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabiano Lizzi was the one to do the kick off. Adriano Cirone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Bellomo in the 54th minute of the match. Montepegli's Fabiano Lizzi got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filippo Bellomo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Favaro Veneto FC's zone, Filippo Bellomo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Cirone came out of the goal and Filippo Bellomo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Favaro Veneto FC's Adriano Cirone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Bolognesi in the 67th minute of play. Adriano Cirone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Lizzi in the 74th minute of the match. Fabiano Lizzi struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Adriano Cirone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montepegli. Filippo Bosco hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Filippo Bosco charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filippo Bosco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes Favaro Veneto FC got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Bosco. In the 82nd minute, Carter Di Maio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Favaro Veneto FC's Adriano Cirone didn't even have to move. If Fabiano Lizzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Favaro Veneto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Bellomo came free, but Adriano Cirone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Cirone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Bellomo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Adriano Cirone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Lizzi in the 99th minute of play. Montepegli were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
