Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eugenio Ciapponi kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Damiano Di Mario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Azzolina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eugenio Ciapponi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ossario AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ettore Masetti hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Diego Renzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrea Di Crescenzo. Ossario AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Renzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ennio Luongo got free with Frank Azzolina in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damiano Di Mario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrea Di Crescenzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Ciapponi's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Diego Renzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campoverardo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Renzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Di Crescenzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Renzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Andrea Di Crescenzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Flavio Martano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ossario AFC's Andrea Di Crescenzo. Andrea Di Crescenzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frank Azzolina was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alex Melone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 43 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damiano Di Mario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frank Azzolina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Di Mario, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Damiano Di Mario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frank Azzolina having to make a save. Ettore Masetti hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ennio Luongo in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frank Azzolina saved Campoverardo AFC from getting behind. In a very dangerous position, a player in Campoverardo AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! 70 minutes into the match, Campoverardo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Luongo came free, but Frank Azzolina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ossario AFC's Andrea Di Crescenzo got control of the ball when Diego Renzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Damiano Di Mario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Ossario AFC's Ennio Luongo in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Campoverardo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Ossario AFC's Damiano Di Mario got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Ossario AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Damiano Di Mario hit a great ball. When Campoverardo AFC's Eugenio Ciapponi in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ossario AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Ossario AFC's goalkeeper Andrea Di Crescenzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Renzi. Cristoforo Rivera's late challenge caught a Campoverardo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Rivera helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Cristoforo Rivera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Ciapponi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrea Di Crescenzo. That made the score 1-3 in the 93 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Melone in the 97th minute of play forced Campoverardo AFC's goalkeeper Frank Azzolina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Campoverardo AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
