Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francesco Foni kicked off to start the match. In the 6th match minute, Cao Di Sopra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Cimino to maneuver through the defense. Ermanno Vieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Caronno Pertusella's Fabrizio Palleschi got control of the ball when Antonio Santone tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Ermanno Vieri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caronno Pertusella's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermanno Vieri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo De Marco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Micarelli having to interfere. Biagio Ritacco charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biagio Ritacco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cao Di Sopra FC booed when Caronno Pertusella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Ritacco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francesco Foni in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Palleschi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 28 minutes into the game, Ermanno Vieri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Amos Micarelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st match minute, Caronno Pertusella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Ritacco to maneuver through the defense. The Cao Di Sopra FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Cao Di Sopra FC's Antonio Santone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 35 minutes into the game, Francesco Foni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cao Di Sopra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caronno Pertusella the free kick. Francesco Foni kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Cao Di Sopra FC's Antonio Santone got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Fabrizio Palleschi managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Cao Di Sopra FC's Antonio Santone fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabrizio Palleschi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Santone's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Alessandro Pettinelli hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Francesco Foni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fabrizio Palleschi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Cao Di Sopra FC's Antonio Santone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabrizio Palleschi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 64th minute, Ermanno Vieri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Amos Micarelli, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Arturo De Marco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caronno Pertusella's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo De Marco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Micarelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto La Marca during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Cao Di Sopra FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto La Marca. After a rather tough play, Cao Di Sopra FC's Angelo Cimino got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Ernesto La Marca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Amos Micarelli managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Caronno Pertusella's Arturo De Marco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabrizio Palleschi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Foni in the 80th minute of the match. If Ermanno Vieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo De Marco hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Cao Di Sopra FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
