Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Colonica defense, Dennis Fracassi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anthony Mauro. The Colonica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anthony Mauro should have stopped the shot. If Federico Catucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabiano Rosi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franco Del Papa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Catucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabiano Rosi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Franco Del Papa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabiano Rosi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Del Papa having to interfere. After 29 played minutes, Colonica's Dave Pich shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franco Del Papa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colonica reached it. After a rather tough play, Colonica's Aldo Cavanna got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Federico Catucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colonica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Catucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 38 in the game by Dennis Fracassi from a close distance when the talented Anthony Mauro managed to make a qualified save. Colonica's players were relieved. Amerigo Ricciuti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Federico Catucci made the kick off in the second half. Anthony Mauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amerigo Ricciuti in the 52nd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Amerigo Ricciuti notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Colonica's Anthony Mauro. Anthony Mauro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ciccio Chelodi fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albinea's protests and gave Ciccio Chelodi a yellow card for diving instead. Ciccio Chelodi kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Biagio Manzi fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Colonica's Federico Catucci got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciccio Chelodi got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 71st match minute, Albinea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciccio Chelodi to maneuver through the defense. The nice shot from Fabiano Rosi in the 72ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Franco Del Papa had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Franco Del Papa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Catucci in the 80th minute of play. Federico Catucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Franco Del Papa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fabiano Rosi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albinea's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
