The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Spinelli during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cade AFC's Alex Spinelli got a free kick in the 10th minute. Alvise Caccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Cade AFC's Alex Lucchetta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Lucchetta in the 25th minute of play forced San Massimo AFC's goalkeeper Alvaro Pasquino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Pasquino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Lucchetta in the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Cade AFC booed when San Massimo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Muzzatti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Alberto Di Cristofaro in the 33rd minute really tested Alvaro Pasquino's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Fabio Coletti charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Coletti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Cade AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Coletti to maneuver through the defense. Cade AFC's Christian Gallucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenico Di Crescenzo in the 38th minute of play. Christian Gallucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Di Crescenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Lucchetta was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Lauro in the 60th minute of play forced Cade AFC's goalkeeper Christian Gallucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domenico Di Crescenzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alessio Lauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cade AFC's goalkeeper Christian Gallucci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alvaro Pasquino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Lucchetta in the 68th minute of play. After 71 played minutes San Massimo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Di Crescenzo. Alvise Caccia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to San Massimo AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Antonio Muzzatti hit a great ball. Alex Lucchetta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Pasquino having to interfere. In the 89thth minute of the game Alex Lucchetta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Massimo AFC's Alvaro Pasquino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domenico Di Crescenzo struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Christian Gallucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Massimo AFC. Antonio Muzzatti hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Cade AFC were the better team. Cade AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
