Brunate FC's Adriano Lenzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Brunate FC from getting a goal against them. Domenico Tana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ennio Garofoli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Comunardo Bulla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Comunardo Bulla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brunate FC. The Marano players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Brunate FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
