Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alvise Reggianini took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Carrea. Florian Carrea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Florian Carrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Gallucci in the 7th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Emiliano Doris put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cosimo Bianco. Borbiago's Ciccio Gallucci got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciccio Gallucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Florian Carrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beppe De Amicis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Carrea having to interfere. Cosimo Bianco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Malinconico in the 22nd minute of play. Cosimo Bianco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuele Malinconico, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Emanuele Malinconico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 29 minutes into the match, Borbiago's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Malinconico came free, but Cosimo Bianco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Fiorino's Emanuele Malinconico dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Emanuele Malinconico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Bianco having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciccio Gallucci made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Doris in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosimo Bianco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Beppe De Amicis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Florian Carrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fiorino's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Ciccio Gallucci scored to the left of an out of position Florian Carrea, making the score, 3-2. Emiliano Doris might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosimo Bianco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Doris ran back to his position shaking his head. Cosimo Bianco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Doris in the 79th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Gaeta during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 80 minutes into the game, one of Fiorino:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, Fiorino's Florian Carrea got control of the ball when Beppe De Amicis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Borbiago's Ciccio Gallucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Carrea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beppe De Amicis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Florian Carrea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Fiorino's Alvaro Caneva got a free kick in the 97th minute. After having played for 98 minutes, Ciccio Gallucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borbiago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciccio Gallucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
