Emanuele Mauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Festuccia, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Posillipo FC's zone, Florian Festuccia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuele Mauro came out of the goal and Florian Festuccia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cristoforo Capasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Posillipo FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alex Fava hit a great ball. Domenico Barchiesi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florian Festuccia in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuele Mauro saved Posillipo FC from getting behind. Cristoforo Capasso took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuele Mauro. Emanuele Mauro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Florian Festuccia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elia Matteucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Frank Farina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pomezia's Cristoforo Capasso got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristoforo Capasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Emanuele Mauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46thth minute of the game Florian Festuccia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Posillipo FC's Emanuele Mauro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 56thth minute of the game Cristoforo Micucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pomezia's Frank Farina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pomezia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
