Diego Arcari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Del Duca having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fortunato Luzi was the one to do the kick off. When Diego Arcari came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Guizza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Arcari couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Alfonso Palone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Palone in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrico Tullo saved Guizza FC from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Guizza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Sorge came free, but Enrico Tullo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franco Sorge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Enrico Tullo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso Palone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes of play, Vinzaglio FC's Alfonso Palone made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrico Tullo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfonso Palone struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Enrico Tullo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vinzaglio FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franco Sorge in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrico Tullo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Vinzaglio FC were the better team. Vinzaglio FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
