Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fausto De Paolis took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Di Cesare in the 7th minute of play forced Stra's goalkeeper Biagio Mascitti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ettore Alfani hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Anfilogino Di Tommaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Corrado Liberati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Barcola's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto De Paolis came free, but Corrado Liberati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barcola's Enrico Di Cesare got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulvio Di Cicco during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fulvio Di Cicco kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Enrico Di Cesare scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Biagio Mascitti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Barcola's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto De Paolis came free, but Corrado Liberati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Enrico Di Cesare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Di Cesare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fausto De Paolis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Liberati having to interfere. If Anfilogino Di Tommaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Fausto De Paolis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Barcola's Ettore Alfani got a free kick in the 35th minute. A collision led to Barcola getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Antonio Colaneri hit a great ball. Carmine De Vito was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Antonio Colaneri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stra the free kick. Biagio Mascitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmine Matteucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Anfilogino Di Tommaso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Corrado Liberati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Anfilogino Di Tommaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barcola's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
