Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Albareto AFC's Amerigo Quattrocchi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabrizio Catapano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Domenico Iannone. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrizio Catapano got free with Domenico Iannone in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th match minute, Albareto AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Martinelli to maneuver through the defense. Amerigo Quattrocchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rosapineta AFC's Amerigo Scannella got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Albareto AFC's Arrigo Biavati tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Alessio Ciccarelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amos Donatelli in the 25th minute of play. Albareto AFC's Domenico Iannone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Mastronardi in the 31st minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, Albareto AFC's Emiliano Martinelli made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alessio Ciccarelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute Demetrio Mastronardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Iannone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, Rosapineta AFC's Fabrizio Catapano made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domenico Iannone was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Demetrio Mastronardi made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Mastronardi in the 52nd minute of play forced Albareto AFC's goalkeeper Domenico Iannone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rosapineta AFC booed when Albareto AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Cianci didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Alessandro Azzolina sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Albareto AFC's Domenico Iannone didn't even have to move. Arrigo Biavati kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Demetrio Mastronardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Dino Cianci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albareto AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosapineta AFC the free kick. After 69 played minutes Albareto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dino Cianci. In the 71st minute, Fabrizio Catapano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amos Donatelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Alessio Ciccarelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Amos Donatelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Martinelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosapineta AFC's Fabrizio Catapano got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rosapineta AFC were victorious despite being under pressure from Albareto AFC for much of the match.
