Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emanuele Taurino kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Arcore FC's goalkeeper Ciccio Restaino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferruccio De Sanctis. In the 6th minute, Fabrizio Macchione got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabrizio Macchione received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Fausto Rosi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 played minutes Pavia FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Cagnetta. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arcore FC's goalkeeper Ciccio Restaino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Pavia FC's Ferruccio De Sanctis in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fabrizio Macchione's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Rosi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arcore FC's goalkeeper Ciccio Restaino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pavia FC's goalkeeper Fausto Rosi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pavia FC's Fausto Rosi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuele Taurino in the 42nd minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alex Antognoni to make the kick off. Ciccio Restaino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Antognoni in the 52nd minute of play. Fabrizio Macchione took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Rosi. Fausto Rosi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Emanuele Taurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th match minute, Pavia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Cagnetta to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Amos Di Camillo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pavia FC's Fausto Rosi didn't even have to move. Ciccio Restaino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Antognoni in the 62nd minute of play. Pavia FC's Fausto Rosi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Pavia FC from getting a goal against them. Ciccio Restaino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferruccio De Sanctis in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arcore FC's Dino Mirto got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 78 minutes of play, Pavia FC's Alex Antognoni made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciccio Restaino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciccio Restaino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio De Sanctis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fabrizio Macchione had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Emanuele Taurino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fausto Rosi, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Pavia FC's zone, Emanuele Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Rosi came out of the goal and Emanuele Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrizio Macchione received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Fausto Rosi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
