After 73 minutes of play, Incrociate's Concetto Iannotti made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Flamini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Achille Scannella might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arturo Flamini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Castelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Di Domenico in the 91st minute of play. Sopramonte AFC's Ercole Catini couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Incrociate. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
