Carmine De Nicola in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After the first half Baranzate AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Baranzate AFC booed when Passirana AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Conforti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Fabiano Troiano in the 56th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Cristiano Bomba's left hand side. In the 58th match minute, Passirana AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Colombo to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Valeri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine De Nicola in the 61st minute of play. Amos Gregori kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Ermanno Pozzoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Angelo Zangari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Angelo Polo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Passirana AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Angelo Zangari fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Angelo Zangari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Cristiano Bomba made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Di Giovanni during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Passirana AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Passirana AFC's zone, Angelo Zangari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano Bomba came out of the goal and Angelo Zangari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
