Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlo Piccoli started the match with the kick off. Carter Di Fazio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Colucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Domenico Bulla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Di Persio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Amos Santucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Codemondo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Domenico Bulla scored to the left of an out of position Comunardo Di Persio, making the score, 1-0. When Amos Santucci came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Puianello FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Santucci couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Codemondo booed when Puianello FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesare Tartaglia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domenico Bulla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Di Persio having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Puianello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Piccoli came free, but Carter Di Fazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Comunardo Di Persio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Bulla in the 35th minute of the match. Ernesto Di Giacomo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Di Giacomo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernesto Di Giacomo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Codemondo's Comunardo Di Persio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenico Bulla in the 38th minute of play. Domenico Bulla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmondo Grande kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Domenico Bulla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Comunardo Di Persio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domenico Bulla to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Puianello FC's Edmondo Grande got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Colucci got free with Carter Di Fazio in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aurelio Colucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Di Fazio having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Codemondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Pacella to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Ciro Gregori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Comunardo Di Persio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Bulla in the 64th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Adriano Mansueto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Di Persio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Puianello FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Codemondo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
