In the 5th minute, Orgnano FC's Frank Angelini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Adriano Mansueto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Comunardo De Matteis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Comunardo De Matteis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Mansueto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Orgnano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amerigo Tristezza to maneuver through the defense. When Adriano Mansueto came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Puianello FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Mansueto couldn't finish the play. After 25 played minutes Orgnano FC got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Tristezza. Adriano Mansueto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo De Matteis having to interfere. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Adriano Mansueto sped through Orgnano FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Comunardo De Matteis. A collision led to Puianello FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Amos Santucci hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Edmondo Grande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Alfonso Brandolini sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Carter Di Fazio threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Alfonso Brandolini this time. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Carter Di Fazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Angelini in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Puianello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Bevilacqua came free, but Carter Di Fazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo Cicchetti's late challenge caught a Puianello FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eraldo Cicchetti helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Orgnano FC got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Cicchetti. After 62 minutes Orgnano FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Comunardo Fiori who took care of the corner kick. Comunardo De Matteis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Mansueto in the 64th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Puianello FC's Adriano Mansueto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Comunardo De Matteis. That made the score 1-2 after 64 minutes of play. Carter Di Fazio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Angelini in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Amos Santucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puianello FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orgnano FC the free kick. Orgnano FC's Alfonso Brandolini couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Puianello FC. Cristiano Bevilacqua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Carter Di Fazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Puianello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Santucci to maneuver through the defense. When Frank Angelini came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Orgnano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Angelini couldn't finish the play. Edmondo Grande kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Domenico Bulla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Bevilacqua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Carter Di Fazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Frank Angelini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carter Di Fazio was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Carter Di Fazio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Angelini went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
