Concetto Ferrini kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Olgiata FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Biagio Manzoli hit a great ball. Dino Donadoni, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Biagio Allemandi kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Dino Donadoni was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Ponte Della Pietra AFC's Demetrio Chitarroni in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olgiata FC's goalie prevented a goal. Emiliano Tabacco kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Demetrio Chitarroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Bianco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Emiliano Tabacco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Minati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ponte Della Pietra AFC booed when Olgiata FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuele Ciolli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ponte Della Pietra AFC's Demetrio Chitarroni got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Flavio Bellone came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Olgiata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Bellone couldn't finish the play. After having played for 36 minutes, Filippo Imperatrice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ponte Della Pietra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filippo Imperatrice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filippo Imperatrice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alessandro Bianco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Bellone during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Flavio Bellone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Bellone was shown his second yellow card after 41 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 42 played minutes Olgiata FC got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Bellone. Filippo Imperatrice charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filippo Imperatrice the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filippo Imperatrice hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emiliano Tabacco to strike the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Tabacco scored 1-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredo Minati, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Chitarroni in the 65th minute of play forced Olgiata FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Bianco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Biagio Allemandi during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emiliano Tabacco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute Biagio Manzoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Minati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippo Imperatrice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Alessandro Bianco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Biagio Allemandi hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Emiliano Tabacco came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Olgiata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Tabacco couldn't finish the play. If Demetrio Chitarroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Ponte Della Pietra AFC's Demetrio Chitarroni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alessandro Bianco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Demetrio Chitarroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ponte Della Pietra AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
