He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Andrea Bernardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Farrazzano AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cruser:s goal. The referee gave Cruser a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ennio Macchione, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Farrazzano AFC's Claudio Tagliente. 1-0. In the 15th minute Aurelio Orioli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Tagliente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Giorgi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniele Pantani having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Alessandro Giorgi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farrazzano AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Giorgi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniele Pantani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Giorgi in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniele Pantani saved Cruser from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Farrazzano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Orioli came free, but Claudio Tagliente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Alessandro Giorgi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniele Pantani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Pantani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Cammarota, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd match minute, Cruser was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Madaio to maneuver through the defense. If Andrea Bernardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38thth minute of the game Aurelio Orioli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farrazzano AFC's Claudio Tagliente was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Aurelio Orioli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Orioli to strike the kick off in the second half. Alessandro Giorgi came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniele Pantani could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Farrazzano AFC's zone, Andrea Bernardi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Tagliente came out of the goal and Andrea Bernardi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Ferruccio Cammarota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farrazzano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferruccio Cammarota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Farrazzano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Bernardi came free, but Claudio Tagliente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Orioli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Claudio Tagliente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Andrea Bernardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferruccio Cammarota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniele Pantani having to interfere. Daniele Pantani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio Cammarota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Andrea Bernardi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Claudio Tagliente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aurelio Orioli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniele Pantani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Cammarota, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Alessandro Giorgi struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Daniele Pantani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farrazzano AFC. Farrazzano AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
