Alvise Di Giandomenico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Alvise Di Giandomenico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amedeo Panza was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Beppe Cavaliere hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Damiano Ricci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Amedeo Panza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro De Vito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Ciro De Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Càtafório AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro De Vito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuele Lepori could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Alberto Zarillo made a huge save. In the 60th minute of the match Adriano Di Nardo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Zarillo skillfully saved the ball. Anselmo Cara charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Cara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anselmo Cara kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match.
