Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Celincordia's Fausto Cantagallo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Augusto Romino took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciccio Brunelli. Ciccio Brunelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 9th match minute, Casoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Genovesi to maneuver through the defense. If Fausto Cantagallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Bruno De Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Della Rocca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Celincordia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Cauli to maneuver through the defense. Francesco Boccanera took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andrea Della Rocca. Celincordia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Claudio Puce struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Andrea Della Rocca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casoria. In the 22nd minute, Ercole Cauli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Puce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno De Francesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Ciccio Brunelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Cantagallo in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Bruno De Francesco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fausto Cantagallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Cantagallo in the 43rd minute of play forced Casoria's goalkeeper Ciccio Brunelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Augusto Romino came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Celincordia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Romino couldn't finish the play. When Amedeo Schiavio fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casoria's protests and gave Amedeo Schiavio a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Casoria got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Schiavio. Celincordia's Fausto Cantagallo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 48th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Puce was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Puce in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Della Rocca saved Celincordia from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Dario Traini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Fausto Cantagallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Brunelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno De Francesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Puce struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. In the 86th minute Claudio Puce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrea Della Rocca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Della Rocca made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Claudio Puce sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st match minute, Celincordia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Giancola to maneuver through the defense. Bruno De Francesco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andrea Della Rocca firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniele Calabrese during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Celincordia getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Daniele Calabrese hit a great ball. Fausto Cantagallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciccio Brunelli having to interfere.
